1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, purchases and uses of e-university.ch learning software, including both online access (Web App) and downloadable programs (Download Version).
Different user terms do not apply.

2. Access to Online Learning Software

Access is provided via personal login credentials sent after purchase.
The license is personal, non-transferable, and time-limited as stated in the product description.
No refund is granted after activation.

3. Access to Download Learning Software

Purchasing a download version grants a perpetual license for one computer.
The license is personal and may not be shared or copied.

4. Technical Requirements

The online software requires an HTML5-compatible browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
Download versions require Microsoft Windows as the operating system.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet these requirements.

5. Liability

e-university.ch is not liable for damages caused by improper use or by intentional or grossly negligent conduct of users.
No liability is assumed for indirect, consequential, or data loss damages.
Use of the software is at the user’s own risk.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of processing the offer.

7. Copyright

All content, texts, graphics and programs are protected by copyright.
Any distribution, reproduction, or publication without written consent is prohibited.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office.
